Parking Garage / Service Road Repaving Project

Pointe South Condominium will begin repaving work on the parking garage and service road starting the week of August 18. The project schedule is as follows:

Monday, 8/18 — Milling

Tuesday, 8/19 — Paving

Wednesday, 8/20 — Speed bump installation

Thursday, 8/21 — Striping

Residents should expect restricted access to affected areas during this period. Additional details, including specific parking arrangements and access instructions, will be provided in the coming weeks as the project date approaches.
