Repaving Project Update - NEW DATES

The repaving work on the parking garage and service road has been moved to start on 8/25. The project schedule is as follows: Tuesday, 8/25 — Milling

Wednesday, 8/26 — Paving

Thursday, 8/27 — Speed bump installation

Friday, 8/28 — Striping Beginning the night of Monday, August 24, all vehicles in the parking lot — including those in covered spaces — must be relocated for the duration of the project. Vehicles not moved will be towed each morning before work begins, at the owner's expense, in accordance with Florida Statute §715.07.

Failure to comply may delay the project timeline and increase project costs.

Residents may park on the lawn area by the service road or in the surrounding areas.
