Notice: Tree Trimming (July 30)- Vehicles must be moved
Tree and bush trimming will take place on the Federal Highway side of the property beginning Thursday, July 30th (7:00 AM). ORANGE CONES have been placed next to parking spaces on the Federal Highway side. Fire inspection 6/12/26
Dear Residents, Please be aware that WSA will be conducting a routine fire alarm test in the building’s common areas tomorrow, Friday, June 12, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The storage of personal items, including bicycles, in common areas is not permitted under the Association’s rules and regulations. South Elevator and Fire Alarm
South Elevator The south elevator is currently out of service. Fiji Elevator has received the necessary parts and expects to have the elevator back in service tomorrow. Alarm System We are aware that the alarm system has been going off. This has been traced to a weather-damaged switch on the west side of the building. WSA is working on replacing the affected switch to resolve the issue.
