We are aware that the G button of the central elevator is currently not working. The elevator will not go to the ground floor when the button is pressed from inside, but it can be called normally from the ground floor. This Monday, June 1st, will be an active day at Pointe South. Two major projects will be running simultaneously. We appreciate your patience and understanding. As part of our ongoing fire safety permit process, the Pointe South Board of Directors wants to make residents aware of the following requirements and upcoming activity in the building. The storage of personal items, including bicycles, in common areas is not permitted under the Association’s rules and regulations. The owner of the two bicycles stored on the second floor near the central elevator is hereby required to remove them from the common area no later than May 26, 2026, which is fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice. If the bicycles are not removed by the deadline above, the Association reserves the right to have it removed and disposed of

South Elevator The south elevator is currently out of service. Fiji Elevator has received the necessary parts and expects to have the elevator back in service tomorrow. ​ Alarm System We are aware that the alarm system has been going off. This has been traced to a weather-damaged switch on the west side of the building. WSA is working on replacing the affected switch to resolve the issue.
