AC Service Coordination During Roof Project

While the new roof project is underway, owners are asked to limit AC service calls to emergencies only. We have had several instances of AC technicians arriving unannounced and interfering with the roofing work.

All AC service calls must be coordinated with DBS Roofing until the new roof project is complete.

If you experience a roof leak during construction, please contact DBS Roofing directly — do not contact board members.
