UNAUTHORIZED BICYCLES IN COMMON AREA

The storage of personal items, including bicycles, in common areas is not permitted under the Association’s rules and regulations.

The owner of the two bicycles stored on the second floor near the central elevator is hereby required to remove them from the common area no later than May 26, 2026, which is fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice.

If the bicycles are not removed by the deadline above, the Association reserves the right to have it removed and disposed of at the owner’s expense, without further notice.
