This Monday, June 1st, will be an active day at Pointe South. Two major projects will be running simultaneously. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Fire Alarm Inspection

Our fire alarm contractor will be on-site beginning at 8:00 AM to conduct elevator recall testing and a full pre-test of all common area fire alarm devices. You may hear alarm sounds throughout the building during this process. This is expected — it is not an emergency.

Roofing Project Kickoff

DBS Roofing will begin work on June 1st. Expect noise from rooftop equipment throughout the day. As previously announced, parking near the south side and car wash area remains restricted during roofing operations. ATTENTION — Units 301, 324, 501 & 524

As previously notified, the fire alarm inspection requires brief access to your unit on June 1st to test the smoke detector located at the elevator entrance. Please plan to be home between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The visit will take only a few minutes.
